    • Who can benefit from using StoryDeck as a production platform?

    • What mean for me as a StoryDeck user that the product is in the Beta version?

      StoryDeck production team has worked closely with a number of content creators over the last few years with a goal to determine the most needed set of features for the Beta version launch. We continue to add additional features in every next release, and users subscribed to Beta will use all added features without additional payments.

    • Why is StoryDeck different from other chat platforms on the market?

      We recognize that many chat applications are offering great options for team collaborations and are intentionally created to bring teams together with a focus on real-time communication but they do not offer a great video viewing experience and make video sharing hard due to storage limitations. StoryDeck overcomes all those challenges with an integrated Video player and timecode commenting.

    • How does the StoryDeck team decide which features to prioritize on their roadmap?

      We want to build the best possible product for our customers and we believe that without your engagement in our future development, we cannot succeed. This is why we plan to expose publicly our product roadmap and work according to our customer feedback.

    • Why is StoryDeck different from other video platforms on the market?

      We agree that video is a perfect way to tell the story but here in StoryDeck we focus on what the story within the video is about by offering full production experience, from the starting point of taking notes, where the story has not even begun yet to the point of sharing your final edited work with the world. And if you need more eyes on your story in progress, StoryDeck is the right place.

    • Why is StoryDeck different from other task management platforms on the market?

      Many content creators are using tools like Trello, Asana, or Click Up for managing their production, but none of those platforms offer native video sharing, have very limited uploads per file, and do not support collaborative work on video files. StoryDeck has no limitation on file sizing and as well offers online archiving options for finalized projects..
